All Trans offers a Remanufacture and Return Service. If you would like to use your existing transmission and have it remanufactured, we can accommodate you. In some instances a core for a particular unit is not available, therefore customers can greatly benefit from this service.
Normal R & R service requires a 48 hour time period to remanufacture your unit once we receive it. Any special request, abnormal breakage, or specialty parts will affect turn around time. |
All Trans offers an excellent warranty to cover your transmission from manufacturer defect. Every unit comes standard with a 1 year or 12k mile warranty
(30 days for performance line). Additional coverage is available for a small charge. This coverage extends to up to 3 years and Unlimited mileage. |
Why do we dyno test?
Our goal is to provide the best value for our customer at the highest quality. Ensuring that our transmissions perform to OEM standards is our commitment to you. When we simulate normal driving conditions during our testing procedures,we can be confident that our transmissions will function just like the factory unit.

What is the difference between rebuilding and remanufacturing?
Remanufacturing is distinctly different from rebuilding.Often you will hear transmission shops offer a "Rebuild"; very simply they are saying we will fix what is wrong with the unit and make it function again.
Remanufacturing is much more involved. When a unit is remanufactured at All Trans, the unit is completely disassembled, inspected, qualified, measured, and all wearable parts are replaced with new. All components are required to meet OEM specifications. Finally the units are stress tested (Dyno Tested) for function, which your local and chain rebuilders do not do. |
