All of our units are non-refundable once they have been installed unless manufacturer defect.
The customer may choose to return unit as long as it was not previously installed, but customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

- If the valve body serial number tag is removed, the unit is assumed to have been installed and is no longer refundable.
- If transmission shows signs of installation wear, it is deemed to have been installed and is no longer refundable.

What is a qualifying transmission exchange?
In order to receive a core return refund, the unit must be mechanically complete, with no cracks or damage to the case, but does not have to include electrical components because they may need to be reused by customer.
Valve Body:
In order to receive a core return refund, the unit must be assembled and complete with ALL components provided with the re- manufactured unit.
